While we strive to maintain complete ground-truth accuracy by deriving questions directly from official state driver handbooks and current traffic statutes (such as the California Vehicle Code, Texas Transportation Code, and Florida Statutes Title XXIII):
- No Guarantee of Passing: Taking or passing practice quizzes or simulated exams on DMVPrepHub does not guarantee that you will pass your official state knowledge, permit, or driving skills examination.
- No Official Standing: Practice test scores achieved on DMVPrepHub carry zero legal or official weight. We do not issue learner's permits, driver licenses, or certificates of completion.
- Statutory Evolution: Traffic regulations and statutory fine amounts are subject to legislative amendment. Users are encouraged to verify current legal standards with their respective state motor vehicle department.
3. Non-Governmental Services
DMVPrepHub does not provide official government services. We cannot:
- Schedule, reschedule, or cancel official DMV/DPS road test appointments.
- Process vehicle title transfers, registration renewals, or real ID applications.
- Collect official licensing fees or adjudicate traffic citations.

4. Intellectual Property & Acceptable Use
All proprietary software code, question arrangement taxonomies, UI glassmorphic styles, interactive quiz engines, and original explanatory texts on DMVPrepHub are the intellectual property of DMVPrepHub. You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and take tests for personal study.
Prohibited Conduct: You may not, under any circumstances:
- Scrape, index, or extract our question databases via automated scripts, bots, spiders, or data mining software without explicit written consent.
