DMVPrepHub operates on a privacy-first educational model:

• Client-Side Practice Test Data: When you select answer options in our practice tests, evaluations and score tallies are computed locally in your browser (via JavaScript and optional localStorage). We do not record or tie your individual test answers to your personal identity.
• Server Log Information: Like almost all websites, our web server automatically logs routine technical connection details, including your IP address, browser user-agent, operating system, requested URL, HTTP status code, and access timestamps. These logs are maintained strictly for technical maintenance, DDoS mitigation, and system security.
• Correspondence: If you voluntarily contact us via email (contact@dmvprephub.com or privacy@dmvprephub.com), we receive your email address and message contents solely for the purpose of answering your inquiry.

2. Cookies and Advertising Disclosures

We use standard browser cookies to optimize site performance and deliver free educational content:

• Essential & Functional Cookies: Used to maintain user interface preferences (such as dark mode rendering or active quiz pagination).

5. Children's Online Privacy Protection (COPPA)

DMVPrepHub is designed for student drivers and mature drivers seeking license preparation (ages 15 and older). We do not knowingly solicit or collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has transmitted personal data to us, we will delete that information immediately.

6. Security & Data Retention

We implement standard SSL/TLS cryptographic encryption across all programmatic routes. Technical server logs are rotated and purged periodically according to standard hosting security guidelines.
